ForumNord'Ouest is an initiative taken by Haiti Gouvernance (HG)-www.haigo.org- in its quest to promote dialogue among Haitians. Today the Northwest Department, besides its infinite potentials (tourism, agro-industry, etc...), is considered to be the most vulnerable region(economically) throughout the Country. Although we all know that the Northwest is full of resources and potentials to enhance its development, we now call upon all citizens from the Department to have an open and sincere discussion on the issue.
